VÁLLALAT ÁTSZERVEZÉSÉNEK (REORGANIZÁCIÓ) SIKERKRITÉRIUMAI

THE PREREQUISITES FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE COMPANY’S REORGANISATION

Chovan Brigitta,

Abstract

A gyorsan változó gazdasági körülményeknek, az üzleti kihívások által támasztott követelményeknek a vállalkozások akkor képesek megfelelni, ha folyamatosan megújítják, átszervezik struktúrájukat, rendszereiket. Piacvezető pozíció betöltéséhez elengedhetetlen a gyors, rugalmas reakció a fellépő hatások kezelésére. Ennek megvalósítására egyik legalkalmasabb megoldás a reorganizáció végrehajtása. Az átszervezés sikerkritériumait kívánom bemutatni kutatási eredményeim alapján.

Businesses are not able to meet the requirements defined by the rapidly changing economic circumstances or business challenges unless they continuously reorganise their structure and systems. Fast and flexible reactions to dealing with the effects arising are indispensable to be able to fill a market-leading position. To realize this, one of the most suitable solutions is the implementation of reorganisation. Based on the findings of my research, I would like to demonstrate the prerequisites for the success of reorganisation.
