A CYANUS SEGETUM FAJ CSÍRÁZÁSA NITROGÉN MŰTRÁGYÁS KEZELÉS HATÁSÁRA

GERMINATION OF CYANUS SEGETUM IN REGARD TO NITROGEN APPLICATION

Ecseri Károly, Honfi Péter

Abstract

Vizsgálatunkban a nitrogén műtrágyás kezelésben részesített Cyanus segetum L. anyanövények utódainak csírázási paramétereit vizsgáltuk 2016 őszén és 2017 tavaszán indított üvegházi magvetések során. A kezelések pozitív hatással voltak a fejlődő magonc állományok csírázásgyorsasági indexére, a kikelt növények arányára, valamint a hetedik napig megjelenő egyedek százalékára is. A szignifikáns differenciát az őszi kísérlet esetében a statisztikai analízis eredménye is alátámasztotta. Az őszi vizsgálat során a kezelt állományokról gyűjtött propagulumok átlagos kelési ideje meghaladta a kontroll parcelláról gyűjtött szemtermésekét, de ezeken az állományokon mért csírázási arányok, illetve a stressztűrési indexek is magasabb értékek voltak, mint a májusi vizsgálat során. A műtrágyázott parcellákról származó szaporítóanyagból kis százalékban torz növények is fejlődtek.

Seed germination of nitrogen treated Cyanus segetum motherplants were investigated in glasshouse autumn 2016 and spring 2017. Positive effect was experienced in case of germination promptness index, germination rate and germination power. Significant difference was supported by also statistical analysis in case of autumn experiment. Mean germination time of treated plants was higher than control in autumn experiment, but the germination rate and stress tolerance index was higher in autumn compared to May. Some deformed seedlings developed from the offspring of treated plants.
